About Us
Notarize Genie, Inc. was founded in 2022 by Chris and Robert Adams. Both are Remote Online Notaries that have extensive experience in the industry.
Chris A. Adams, Jr. - Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in the small town of Sebring, Florida, Chris envisioned a greater path for himself. While attending high school he worked in his family’s nursery before graduating and attending the University of West Florida in Pensacola where he obtained his degree in Hospitality, Recreation & Resort Management.
After college, Chris opened and managed several hotels in the Greater Sebring area before making the life-changing, selfless decision to enlist in The United States Peace Corp.
For two years Chris lived in a South West African weaving village of Tafi Abuife Kente. While stationed there Chris was instrumental in revitalizing the village’s Small Enterprise Development and helping in the construction of the village’s new tourist Welcome Center.
After his two year residence in Africa, Chris returned to the United States to begin a career as the Field Technology Coordinator in Washington D.C.before moving into the position of Wisconsin’s State Operations Director with Americans for Prosperity.
Chris finally returned to Sebring Florida where he met his spouse and adopted a beautiful newborn baby girl. Chirs’ innate love for helping others and providing humanitarian aid is what makes him an amazing father.
Finally before founding Notarize Genie, Inc. Chris held the position of National Sales Director for another Remote Online Notarization platform. While there, he wrote growth strategies that propelled the company’s year over year revenue by 200%. Before taking his leave Chris enhanced his experience in the R.O.N. industry by completing over 2,000 Remote Online Notarization transactions himself.
Robert J Adams - Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
Born and raised in the small town of Wooster, Ohio. Robert paved his way in life at the age of 18 and after graduating high school, Robert went on to earn his Degree in Letters, Arts & Sciences with a focus in Quantification and Justification from The Penn State University.
After college, Robert earned his first degree in Paralegal studies and spent time working as a paralegal / legal assistant for a major litigation firm in Cleveland, Ohio as well as, a criminal defense attorney in Sandusky, Ohio affording Robert extensive experience and expertise in the legal realm.
Robert then relocated to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to begin a new chapter in the healthcare market with Apria Healthcare. For over 10 years Robert held several roles within the company before rounding out his healthcare career as the Pennsylvania & West Virginia Respiratory Program Director.
Since, Robert has worked as a Remote Online Notary completing over 6,000 online notarizations before his recruitment to become the Director of Operations for another Remote Online Notarization platform. While there he developed a highly qualified team of notaries while simultaneously writing the companys operational procedures taking the company to a higher level of performance before his exit.

Chris and Robert founded Notarize Genie on the foundation of customer, client and notary support. While working for other nationwide platforms they quickly discovered those companies fell short on one very important piece of the success puzzle and that is listening.

Our customers come to the platform oftentimes with life-changing documents. These documents include forms related to surrogacy, marriage, divorce, home buying / selling, estate and trusts, final will and testament.
